Please create an account for the ACHD Food Safety Program’s Temporary and Seasonal Event Portal to:
  • Register an event where vendors will provide food to the public. Events include: farmers’ markets, festivals, fish fries, and similar happenings where people gather and food is provided for public consumption.
  • Apply for a Temporary or Seasonal Food Permit: Temporary permits are for events lasting up to 14 days, including fish fries. Seasonal permits are for events of longer duration, such as farmers’ markets, flea markets, or seasonal holiday celebrations lasting longer than 14 days.
